"My husband and I are both 60+. We have been treated by Dr. Holmes since April of this year. Since the very beginning we have been impressed with how friendly, coureous, helpful and efficient everyone in the office is. From the very first consultation with x-rays through our most recent visit we are very pleased. Dr. Holmes always has time to listen. L. needed carotid artery surgery in April. Thanks to the pre-op chiropractic treatments and getting his body in good condition he came through the surgery with no complications. Dr. Holmes was very knowledgeable of the 'gentle' neck treatments that were needed before and since the surgery. So glad we started and are giving our bodies a chance to heal problems themselves. Dr. Holmes has been very thorough and helpful in discussing our supplements. He has recommended additions/deletions/dosage changes. Thanks to all the help from Dr. Holmes (treatments, exercise programs, nutritional counseling including diet changes and supplements) we have both lost weight and feel better than we have in years; and our cholesterol, triglyceride and sugar levels are back in the normal range. We are now on the maintenance program where we visit Dr. Holmes once a month for a 'tune-up'. Of course, he is always available more often if we need him. Everyone owes it to themselves to use chiropractic. Your body will thank you!"

Today, more than ever, we seek to achieve health and wellness through many methods. One important focus when discussing these topics is nutrition. Our foods consistently test as 'poor quality', accounting for numerous vitamin and mineral deficiencies. Though this may sound discouraging, rest assured; nutritional supplementation and counseling may provide you an outlet. It is essential to have adequate intake of vitamins and minerals that are commonly depleted in today's foods.
